Presentations can be either workshop or seminar style, and will be tailored to the specific needs of your culture. Workshops cater to groups of up to 15 people, including exercises to promote self questioning and goal setting, ideal for facilitating sustainable immediate and long term change. Seminars cover a broader range of material delivered to a larger group, providing nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to support informed decision making in the self care process.
Discussion topics include; stress management, energy, mood, anxiety, depression, weight, sleep, immunity, gut health and chronic disease.
